The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, like your name and email when you write to us. We don’t use tracking cookies or ads. We don’t sell your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

2What we collect

What you send us. When you email us, book a call, or request an investor meeting, we get what you include: usually your name, email, company or firm, and your message.
Basic visit logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and the service that delivers one of our page scripts (jsDelivr) may record basic technical details when you visit, like your IP address and browser type. They use this to run and protect their services.

We don’t use tracking cookies, analytics tools or ad trackers on this site.

3How we use it

To reply to you and set up calls or meetings.
To keep a record of our conversations, including that you agreed to our terms when you requested an investor meeting.
To keep the site working and safe.

4Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we use to run our business, like email and hosting, or when the law requires it.

5How long we keep it

We keep your messages as long as we need them to work with you and keep good records. Then we delete them.

6Your choices

You can ask us to show you, fix or delete the information we have about you. Email founder@the-roi-architects.com and we’ll respond. If you live in California, you have these rights under state law, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.

7Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top.
