Legal
Terms of Use
Effective October 12, 2026
The short version: you’re welcome to read and share links to this site. Please don’t copy our work. Nothing here is professional advice. If you ask for an investor meeting, you agree to keep what we share private.
1Who we are
This website, the-roi-architects.com, is run by Revenue Optimization & Impact, LLC (“we,” “us”), 455 Market Street, Suite 1940, San Francisco, CA 94105. You can reach us at founder@the-roi-architects.com.
2Agreeing to these terms
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
3Our content
Everything on this site belongs to us or is used with permission. That includes the words, blog posts, graphics, frameworks, design and code.
- You may read it, and share links to it.
- You may quote a short part if you name us and link back.
- You may not copy, republish, sell or build on our content without our written permission.
- You may not scrape this site or use its content to train AI models without our written permission.
Our names and logos are ours. Don’t use them in a way that suggests we work with you or back you when we don’t.
4Not professional advice
What we share here is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not make you our client. Client work happens only under a signed agreement.
5Investor meeting requests
Our product is in private development. When you request an investor meeting and check the box on that form, you agree to the following:
- Anything we share with you about the product, in a meeting or after it, is confidential. That includes what we say, show or send.
- You will use it only to decide whether to invest in us or work with us.
- You will not share it, copy it, or use it to build or help build a similar product.
- This does not cover information that is already public (through no fault of yours), that you already had, or that you get from someone else who was free to share it.
- If we sign a separate written agreement with you, that agreement controls where the two differ.
Sending a request does not mean we will meet, and a meeting does not create any deal or obligation for either side.
6Links to other sites
We may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.
7No promises
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or complete.
8Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says.
9Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10Which law applies
California law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.
